Pump House & Electrical Bldg :
• Major Civil work completed except Parapet above Roof, Roof Treatment, fixing RWDC, fixing glasses in ventilators, Floor finish and Painting.
• Erection of Unit-5 Ash Water Make-up pumps, CHP DS water & RW Pump completed.
• Pipe Rack & Piping work also completed.
• Erection of 5 Ton Cap EOT pending.
• Installation & charging of RW PMCC completed.

2. Pre-Treatment Plant:

• Clarifloculators-A : Tank-A is ready. (Pressure Grouting for Leakage in progress)
• Clarifloculators-B : Civil work completed.

• Cascade Aerator : Foundations complete. Work above GL is slow for manpower crisis.
• Stilling Chamber : Complete.
• Flash Mixer (A & B): Complete.
• Clarified Water Channels: Completed except for Filter House.

• Filter House : Foundations complete. RCC work for Pipe Gallery & Filter bed in slow
progress.
• Chemical House & MCC Room : Civil work almost completed for Plinth level. Columns above
GL is in progress for MCC Room.
• Filtered Water reservoir & Pump house : Excavation completed. Reinforcement work in progress for the base raft.
• B/W Collection Tank & Sludge Sump : RCC work in progress for B/W Collection Tank &
Sludge Sump.

3. DM Plant:
DM Plant Bldg:
• RCC work for the Plant Bldg, all vessel foundations, Gr Floor, MCC/Control Room is
complete.
• Brickwork major complete. Outside Plastering incomplete (pending for payment problem with sub-agency)
• Doors & Windows fixed without glasses. Rolling shutters pending.
• Drains/Cable trenches are complete and lining major achieved.
• Roof Treatment pending.
• MCC panels installed & charged at one Feeder.
Re-generation Bldg:
• RCC work is complete including equipment foundations & drains.
• Brickwork complete. Plastering major complete.
• PVC Lining for Drains complete.
• Door/Window(w/o glass) fixing in progress.
• Acid Proof Flooring mostly completed.
• Roof Treatment, fixing RWDC, Painting, Illumination pending.

Neutralizing Pit & Drains:
• Complete. Acid-Alkali Proof PVC Lining in advanced stage of completion.
• RCC work for Drains/trenches complete with Lining.
• Civil work for Acid/Alkali Storage Tanks foundations & dyke is complete with Acid proof Flooring.

De-Gasser Storage Area:
• Tank foundations complete. Tanks fabricated. Rubber lining completed.
• Degasser Towers/Blowers erected.

DM Water Storage area:
• Storage Tank foundations completed long back.
• Erection of Pipe Rack completed.
• DM Re-generation Pumps & DM Transfer Water Pumps installed and piping work
complete.
• Paving work not taken up yet.

Clarified Water Pump House & Reservoirs:
Water Reservoirs & Pump House :
• Major RCC work complete with installation of Sluice gates.
• Operating Floor EL (-) 1.0M complete except one span for Maint Bay.

• DM Plant Feed Pumps temporarily installed in this pump house along with a PSF.

• Major work completed, including RCC and Steel structures (Roof slab incomplete).

Ash Handling Plant:

Major Civil, Mechanical & Electrical work completed. Ash & Water Sumps is completed.
Fixing Door/Window/Rolling Shutters partly remaining.
Erection of EOT Crane pending.*

Ash Silos (2 no): Both complete. 1no ready for operation. Paving work in progress.

Vacuum Pump House & Electrical Bldg :
Major Civil work completed except fixing Doors & Windows and Rolling Shutters.
Major Mechanical work completed except EOT crane erection*.
Electrical work completed one no Transformer. Another Transformer is pending. HT power yet to be supplied to one of the three Conv. Blowers’ motor.

ISH : Civil/structural work completed. Equipment already commissioned with contingency arrangement.

Ash water Pipe Rack:
Civil work/Structure Erection complete. Structural work strengthened for deflected Galleries.

Ash Disposal Lines to Ash Pond :
Major RCC Pedestals complete.
Civil work for Thrust Blocks major completed.
Road Culvert on outside main Approach Road completed.
